Basil Parmesan with Roasted Garlic Olive Oil. Extra virgin olive oil is blended with basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic and walnuts to make this delicious dipping oil. Toss with fresh hot pasta, diced tomatoes and fresh basil for a light pasta with pesto flavor. It can be used as a marinade for any kind of meat especially chicken and also makes a great shrimp scampi!
