Shipping Information:

Top Shelf Specialties offers a variety of options for shipping your order, from very economical to very fast:

• Ground. Ships at flat-rate fee of just $8.00; in-stock orders ship in 1 to 4 business days; delivery in 2 to 7 business days depending on zone.  Some heavy and bulky products, such as sacks of grain, glass bottles, carboys, bulk DME, oak barrels, are excluded from flat-rate shipping; flat-rate exclusions are clearly noted in the product description.  Ground shipping may not be combined with other offers or discounts!
• FedEx 2-Day*. In-stock orders ship within 2 business day, delivery in 2 business days.
• Overnight*. Ships at actual FedEx rates; in-stock orders ship within 2 business day, delivery in 1 business day.
• Truck Delivery. Very large items such as fruit presses, crushers, etc., need to ship by truck, and ship at actual freight costs. Items requiring truck delivery are clearly noted in the product description. We will contact you with a quote before processing your order. Our shopping cart system does not accurately quote freight on truck delivery orders.
• *Expedited Shipping*- For FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2-Day, and Overnight shipments, shipping costs vary widely based upon the size of the box required for the shipment. Our priority is to deliver your package on-time. We will contact you if the cost of shipping will exceed your quote by more than $10.

*due to FedEx restrictions, some items cannot be shipped FedEx 2-Day or Overnight - please refer to product descriptions for shipping restrictions. If your shopping cart contains a restricted product, expedited shipping options will not be displayed.

Please do not attempt to ship to a PO Box. All deliveries require a physical address.
Entering a PO Box will require us to contact you and will delay your order.

All weights displayed while ordering are estimates of the "billing weight," not the actual weight of the shipment.

Outside the Contiguous US

Top Shelf Specialties does not ship internationally.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be billed for the exact shipping cost.

We do not guarantee viability of liquid yeast shipped outside the contiguous US, and recommend that customers in these locations choose dry yeast instead.
